Revenue Operations Manager

We're in an incredibly exciting period of growth as we continue to scale internationally and are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Manager who wants to be part of this journey.

As a Revenue Operations Manager within the Global Revenue Operations Team, you will be responsible for enabling the team through a wide range of initiatives focused on our GTM operational efficiency including management of the deal desk function, pricing strategy, financial modeling, order form optimization, SFDC administration (i.e. opportunity approval hierarchies), and value-added partnership with all elements of our GTM organization.

This position requires a humble, results-driven, and resourceful team player to facilitate field operations of our GTM team. The ideal candidate has the ability to take ownership of core components of our GTM strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, streamline our proposal process, and see those initiatives to completion all while successfully scaling with the growth of our business.

What you'll do:

  • Build, lead, and manage the Deal Desk function within the Global Revenue Operations team
  • Create collateral that empowers revenue generation via value-based selling methodologies in collaboration with our Revenue Enablement team
  • Formulate pricing models that optimize the economic viability of all outgoing sales proposals
  • Take ownership of all order form, MSA, and amendment templates relative to geo-specific intricacies as well as our doc-gen process efficiency in support of our sales efforts
  • Craft strategies to enable acceleration of the deal negotiation process
  • Adjust pricing strategies based on buyer personas and our associated value proposition for each use case
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Product, etc.) to seamlessly rollout process improvements that remove friction and lead to operational efficiency
  • Own, track, and report on KPIs throughout the sales life cycle (utilizing SFDC, etc.)
  • Produce competitive, healthy sales strategies that optimize the sales cycle and lead to an increased win rate
  • Represent the perspective of sales leadership on sales opportunities and be a trusted advisor to GTM leadership by making suggestions on how to proceed.
  • Deliver on-demand and weekly updates to GTM Leadership based on business performance
  • Ad hoc reporting as needed

We want you, if you have:

  • ~5 years of experience working in Revenue/Sales Operations, enabling Field Sales organizations through process improvements, value-based selling strategies, formulation of associated pricing strategies, and deal desk management
  • Strategic perspective in cross-functional meetings on a regular cadence with GTM, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance leadership to facilitate operational efficiency that enable revenue acceleration
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales engagement/support tools in our tech stack
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules
  • Positive attitude, adaptable, and resourceful self-starter who is able to work independently
  • Pro-active participation to drive business process improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in FinTech and knowledge of industry benchmarks is a plus
