Revenue Operations Manager

About the role:


This posting is for an in-person position at our company headquarters at Industry City in Brooklyn, NY (1 block from D, R, N trains at 36th Street station). The team at Fundraise Up is growing! We're looking for you to join us as high-performing RevOps. You will lead sales operations, own Salesforce and Hubspot, process quotes, manage sale cycle, marketing data, forecast, track KPI and own data for a growing team of 50 AEs and customer success managers.


What you'll do:


  • Support all sales processes. Create and optimize infrastructure and processes in HubSpot and across the Fundraise Up tech stack to build a scalable, repeatable, data driven sales machine
  • Drive strategy around achieving predictable revenue such as funnel management, forecasting and reporting
  • Connect tools and systems (CRM, marketing automation, scheduling, enrichment, enablement, etc) for optimal workflow and visibility
  • Handle sales-based reporting and analytics to inform strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success via one source of truth
  • Manage strategic projects with the VP of Sales and the Executive Team to create efficiencies and automation across functions
  • Work with the Director of Finance to build forecasts and models for various planning initiatives
  • Analyze data to inform sales targets, quotas, incentives, geos, verticals and commission structures
  • Handle HubSpot hygiene to ensure accurate data quality and accurate reporting
  • Create dashboards and reports for the customer journey (pre and post sales)



About you:


  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role with the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Strong working knowledge of the tools we use (or similar) to run the business and the ability to quickly learn and optimize new technologies.
  • You have very strong HubSpot reporting and dash-boarding and workflow skills.
  • Experienced working with sales and marketing teams at a rapidly-scaling SaaS company
  • Your super power is analyzing data and translating it into actionable insights.
  • You’re adaptable and accountable. You understand that growth stage companies are constantly evolving and you always do what you say you’re going to do.
