IT Manager

As an IT Manager at Reverse.Tech, you will take full ownership of our IT infrastructure, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of a fast-growing, technology-driven organization. You will collaborate closely with internal teams (Infosec, DevOps) and manage relationships with external freelancers and agencies. Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure Management:
    • Oversee and maintain core IT systems including:
      • Google Workspace (accounts, groups, identity, core communication apps)
      • Slack (communication)
      • Jira (helpdesk and ticketing)
      • Hibob (HRIS)
      • Google Cloud (infrastructure and services)
      • AccessOwl (permissions and access management)
      • 1Password (security and access sharing)
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    • Work with internal Infosec and DevOps teams to align IT strategies with company objectives.
    • Coordinate with external freelancers and agencies for specialized IT projects.
  • System Integration:
    • Ensure seamless integration and interoperability among tools and platforms.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Support & Troubleshooting:
    • Serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues.
    • Quickly resolve technical challenges to minimize downtime.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Anticipate future IT needs and plan accordingly.
    • Manage IT budgets, licenses, and vendor relationships.

  • Experience:
