Our product provides an in-store self-ordering system where consumers can buy, pay, get rewards, and much more. The data collected is leveraged to improve the ordering experience and attract new consumers to local businesses and we want to provide consumers with a highly personalized experience. We offer local businesses a way to drive foot traffic in-store by bridging the gap between digital and local retail.

The Role & What You'll Do


This is a hybrid position based at our San Francisco, CA headquarters.


As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be the owner of our consumer product experience. This includes our native app and other consumer facing products that are in-store. You'll lead the charge from ideation to launch, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience. Here's a taste of what you'll be doing:


Conduct in-depth user research to understand consumer needs and identify opportunities.

Develop and own the product roadmap, prioritizing features and functionalities based on market trends and user data. Partner with designers and engineers to translate product vision into actionable plans.

Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Analyze user data and A/B test different features to optimize product performance and user engagement.

Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation.

Champion the voice of the consumer throughout the entire product lifecycle.


What We Expect You to Bring to the Role


Proven experience (5+ years) as a Senior Product Manager in a consumer-focused business.

A strong track record of successfully launching and managing consumer products.

Customer obsessed, naturally curious, and wanting to have an impact.

Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Excellent communication, collaboration, execution, and leadership skills.

A deep understanding of user research methodologies and user-centered design principles.

Experience with product analytics and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks (e.g., Jira, Agile, Scrum).

Experience with online marketplaces, including product listings, search algorithms, and seller tools.

Expertise in native app development (iOS & Android).
