RevolutionParts is looking for a Manager, Sales Development to lead our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role is crucial for driving the success of our pipeline generation efforts and ensuring that our SDR's are performing at their best. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales development, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for coaching and developing sales talent.


Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of four SDRs, ensuring they meet and exceed pipeline generation targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales development strategies to drive results.
  • Enhance and optimize cold calling and emailing scripts for maximum impact.
  • Monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular coaching, training, and feedback to SDRs to support their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with account executives and other sales leaders to align on pipeline generation goals and strategies.
  • Ensure the team’s adherence to best practices in using Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Drive accountability within the team through regular performance reviews and goal-setting sessions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales development leadership or similar role, with a track record of driving results.
  • Strong technical knowledge of reporting tools, Salesforce, and (preferred) Salesloft.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven success at coaching and development of early-career sales reps.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • High level of accountability and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in e-commerce or the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.


Work Schedule and Location: Hybrid work schedule based at our headquarters in Tempe, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work. Flexible work hours to accommodate team meetings, client appointments, and personal commitments. Travel will be rare.
