Assistant Capital Project Manager

Rexford Industrial Realty, Inc. is seeking an experienced Assistant Capital Project Manager to oversee capital projects within Southern California. The role involves managing project pipelines, working with vendors and subcontractors, budget planning, and ensuring project completion within approved scope, timeline, and budget.

Skills

Experience in project/construction management for landlords
Construction accounting proficiency in Yardi software
Knowledge of mechanical/electrical/fire life safety engineering
Budget development and management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

Manage capital project pipeline within a given region
Work with consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to define and document scope of work
Prepare and manage capital project budgets
Deliver projects meeting all local compliance requirements and quality standards
Act as main contact for Property Management team on capital improvement projects
