RF Power Amplifier Pallet Design Engineer

RF Power Amplifier Pallet Design Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work in a multi-disciplinary team with multiple locations to develop single and multi-stage RF pallet products for the Aerospace and Defense market.
  • Design, simulate, build and tune high power amplifier pallets for A&D applications.
  • Work with assembly teams to ensure first prototypes meet manufacturability requirements.
  • Test to ensure customer specifications are satisfied.
  • Work with the Transistor design team to optimize GaN high power amplifiers for customer specific applications
  • Document, characterize, and release pallet products for high volume production


Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience designing high efficiency power amplifiers.
  • Experience in advanced high power RF measurements.
  • Experience using ADS or AWR RF simulation tools and AutoCAD for mechanical design.

Other Special Skills:

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Self motivated with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Strong Analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.

Salary Range: $69,797 - $113,879

Actual salary offered to candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to, work location, relevant candidates’ experience, education, and specific knowledge, skills, and abilities.
