Integral to our operations, our Customer Success team is responsible for the ongoing delivery, needs identification, relationship management and account development across our enviable roster of clients.
Our team bridges the gap between clients, research, product, and sales—working closely with key decision-makers to deliver insights that shape strategy.
The opportunity – Account Manager
We are seeking a strategic and service-driven Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships across a portfolio of key-clients. In this high-pace and highly varied environment, you’ll play a critical role in understanding and translating client needs into the delivery of insights and research by providing outstanding service and consultative solutions. Responsible for the timely delivery and efficient execution of projects - your client-first mindset, ability to uphold and develop operational excellence and desire to learn in a data-rich environment will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities
· Act as a trusted advisor to your clients, proactively identifying opportunities to add value, solve challenges, and strengthen partnerships.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across banking and financial services clients.
· Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of insights, reports, and data products.
· Understand client needs and provide strategic recommendations based on research and data findings.
· Work cross-functionally with research, analytics, and product teams to meet client expectations.
· Identify opportunities to expand client engagement and drive commercial success.
Who we’re looking for? Key skills and experience:
We’re open to candidates with transferable skills and experience. Your ability to work with complex subject matters spanning a multitude of senior stakeholders, a genuine interest in financial services, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in roles of comparable complexity will be paramount to the success of your application.
