Enhance performance management process and philosophy
Partner with business leaders for appropriate staffing and alignment with core values
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Develop and maintain a diverse workforce
Build processes and programs for career and leadership development
Iterate upon programs supporting employee experience
Maintain total rewards program and overall employee experience
Manage Global People team and internal communication
Drive organizational improvement through innovative People strategies
Benefits
Base salary ranging from $215,000 to $275,000
