In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist the Quality Assurance team in day-to-day operations of Quality Assurance activities as it relates to Rho’s audit, internal support and quality management system activities. You will also perform a variety of administrative duties in support of the QA efforts, including reviewing, maintaining and filing of documents, scheduling meetings, and working with project teams and databases. This position will have primary oversight of the Rho QA Files and filing system, will provide support during sponsor audits, will be involved in the Rho vendor qualification program, and may assist with auditing activities under the oversight of a Rho QA Auditor or Service Leader.Our QA Team will tell you, joining Rho has been one of their best career moves in terms of contentment, financial rewards and career growth, which is why we have such stability in the group!ResponsibilitiesThe position will offer the opportunity to participate in all aspects of clinical research audit support, including document preparation, maintenance, and filing; audit and meeting coordination and support; and data management activities including data entry, review, and graphics generation. More specifically, the position may also include the following responsibilities:• Writing external correspondence, such as emails memos, minutes and reports• Formatting documents and creating document templates• Tracking QA information in electronic databases• Maintaining quality records per standard operating procedures• Gaining and maintaining knowledge of GCP• Providing administrative support to the Procedural Document management system• Communicating with internal and external project staff• Assist in the development and facilitation of QA and GCP training programs• Assist with quality reviews of computer system validation documents and artifacts• Assisting with oversight of audit schedules and tracking of deliverablesQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field or a related area of study with research emphasis along with 1-2 years of work experience.• Must be a team player with integrity, a commitment to quality, and the ability to think critically and creatively• Attention to detail and ability to have strong organizational skills, be able to multi-task, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously• Ability to interact well with employees at all levels and effective oral and written communication skills• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)• The ability to balance team and individual responsibilities is essentialA few more things to know about us:Benefits: Rho provides a comprehensive benefits package for all benefit-eligible employees, which includes medical, vision, dental, HSA, FSA, EAP, life & disability insurance and 401(k). Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to role responsibilities and location as well as candidate skill set and level of experience.
