No matter what team you’re on, the work you do here makes a positive impact across the globe.As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be responsible for inspiring leading companies to modernize their physical security solution. You advocate the innovative power of our products to make organizations more productive, efficient and mobile with their physical security solution. As a member of the Enterprise Sales team, this individual will collaborate closely with Sales Development, Engineering, Product, Customer Support and Leadership.What You'll Do:• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and outreach to product demonstrations, trials, and negotiations• Dedicate at least 50% of time to field-based activities, including customer meetings and site visits• Develop and implement a comprehensive territory plan to drive new business and meet or exceed quarterly sales targets• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, focusing on generating new business and driving expansion• Engage in strategic outbound prospecting and lead generation primarily through partners, managing a pipeline of potential customers• Provide feedback to internal teams for product improvement and market strategy adjustments• Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics to senior management• Collaborate with internal teams and channel partners to align sales strategies and drive market presence• Gain a deep understanding of Rhombus’ products and the physical security market to effectively sell to C-level executivesWhat We're Looking For:• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field• 5-10 years of experience in quota-carrying enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on channel sales and a track record of success• Proven ability to build and manage a greenfield territory, with experience in closing complex sales and landing major accounts• Strong experience in managing long sales cycles and engaging with all levels, including C-level executives• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts• Experience with MEDDPPIC sales methodology is highly preferred• Self-motivated, with a hunter mentality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region to meet with customers and partners• Relevant industry experience in physical security, hardware, or related technology fields is a plusNeed to be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.CompensationEstimated Annual Pay Range: $180,000 - $220,000Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include uncapped commission, sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work/hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training.
