Role

  • Strategic Planning: Drive growth through strategic vision. Lead the design and execution of an overarching commercial strategy. Develop a plan to increase platform adoption, deliver value to a broader base of patients, and maximize revenue.

  • Business Development & Revenue Growth: Accelerate platform adoption across all commercial verticals. Drive significant year-over-year revenue growth through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Target new client segments and refine messaging to achieve key patient acquisition milestones.

  • Market Positioning: Refine go-to-market strategies, aligning messaging, positioning, and pricing with our offerings.

  • Operational Scaling: Transition from reactive to systematic approaches in capturing feedback and aligning it with the product development roadmap.

  • Commercial Operations: Develop systematic approaches for growing accounts, managing client relationships, and integrating commercial activities with product and operations.

  • Product Development Partnership: Collaborate with the product team to address client needs effectively, ensuring a coherent, aligned product roadmap and GTM strategy.

  • Client Success Management: Build and oversee client success teams, setting and achieving account expansion targets, and providing clients with valuable reporting tools.

  • Financial Forecasting: Generate accurate revenue projections for budgeting and strategic planning purposes.

Role Execution

  • Accelerate adoption by health systems and provider networks

  • Implement a comprehensive GTM strategy, covering all commercial aspects from business development to customer success.

  • Bring market insights into the organization to inform product development and marketing strategies, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum impact.

Role Competencies

  • Demonstrated success in leading SaaS revenue growth, ideally from startup phase to significant ARR milestones.

  • Deep knowledge of the health system and payer landscapes, with strong industry relationships.

  • Proven ability to lead and scale digital health solutions.

  • Expertise in B2B marketing, sales operations, and commercial strategy execution.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a track record of building high-performance teams.

Health Rhythms captures data to create objective and actionable insights to improve mental health outcomes globally.
