Job Description: Talent Headhunter
Location: Palo Alto, CA
Our client's mission is to rebuild the physical world by developing super-intelligence to accelerate the pace of hardware innovation. Their focus is on building frontier foundation models and AI systems for semiconductor and electronics design. They are one of the fastest-growing startups (measured by valuation and revenue bookings) and lead the AI-for-semiconductors space in funding, revenue, and team quality.
They recently raised a significant Series A from Tier 1 VCs and are working with multiple Fortune 500 semiconductor companies.
The founding team is comprised of Stanford graduates, Olympiad medalists, and ICPC world champions, along with a business team that has previously scaled revenue from $0 to $400M in under 4 years.
They are seeking a Talent Headhunter who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited about wearing multiple hats in a growing startup. In this role, you’ll be responsible for not only managing the recruitment process but also playing a pivotal role in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and even taking on occasional administrative or executive support tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for finding great talent, building strong relationships, and keeping the recruitment process running smoothly.
Operationalize building a world-class team.
Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers and onboarding.
Source candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Help with onboarding tasks, including preparing offer letters, managing background checks, and assisting new hires with their onboarding process.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in sourcing candidates, job boards, and other recruitment tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
A flexible, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and new tasks.

Experience with executive support or administrative tasks.
Familiarity with technical recruiting in industries such as semiconductors, electronics, or AI.
