What You’ll Do:
Product PR Strategy: Lead development of global PR strategies for new product introductions, software updates, and strategic partnerships that drive press coverage worldwide.
Manage complex projects: Manage complex projects from start to finish, capturing stakeholder input across multiple functions, maintaining key deadlines, and reporting on key success metrics. North America PR Execution: Lead regional media strategy and execution in North America, shaping plans based on local insights and cultural trends.
Empower Regions: Develop toolkits and materials for regional PR teams across the globe and serve as strategic sounding board to support their local media outreach.
Spokesperson Development: Identify and train a robust bench of spokespeople spanning executive thought leaders, product developers, and more.
Product Reviews: Manage global product reviews program including developing guidelines for media, managing fulfillment process, and troubleshooting issues in partnership with product experts.
Agency Management: Collaborate with multiple agency teams to manage and execute complex projects, carve out media relations strategies that build and strengthen relationships in the North American region, and maintain pulse on cultural and industry trends.
Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience working for global brands, preferably in consumer technology or lifestyle Experience working both in-house and at an agency
Understanding of global markets and their cultural/media landscapes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to build relationships cross-functionally and across different time zones
Ability to balance critical thinking with tactical execution
Excellent writing and communication skills
