What you’ll do
- Execution of 50+ trade show programs and 30+ Rilla events annually, aligned with marketing goals and priorities
- Manage and plan tradeshows from start to finish including: registration, booth orders, resource management, vendor relations, and meeting deliverables.
- Recruit and coach a team of brand ambassadors to ensure that our brand is represented cohesively and energetically at our events.
- Serve as the project manager for all groups involved in the creation of tradeshows – creative, sales, demand generation, exhibit builders, etc.
- Continually evaluate the ROI of each event, adjusting strategies to ensure maximum lead generation while ensuring that we move fast and are capital efficient.
- Build and manage relationships with event organizers, sponsors, and vendors to optimize visibility and engagement during events.
- Oversee the follow-up communication strategies post-event to ensure leads are nurtured and converted effectively
- Collaborate on the development and creation of new and existing event marketing campaigns that can be leveraged for upcoming tradeshows and events.
Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in corporate and/or field marketing event management, preferably in the B2B2C SaaS/cloud space.
- Demonstrated experience in managing, planning, and executing events while delivering within budgetary parameters.
- Self-starter, willing and able to proactively drive event planning and execution within scope, and comfortable executing the A-to-Z details for a variety of event formats.
- Highly organized and with attention to detail, thrives when juggling multiple workstreams.
- A bias towards action, grit, and scrappiness.
- Experience measuring marketing ROI.
- Has a ‘nose’ for revenue.
- Care about quality – can uphold the Rilla brand as premium.
- Extroverted. Can work an event booth as well as anyone. Good at coordinating.
- Highly energetic.

- Experience managing marketing for software companies in the construction, or home improvement industry. Companies like BuilderTrend, BuildOps, Service Titan, or Housecall Pro.
- You will be particularly suited for this role if you know how to throw a banger of a party
- Experience with Cvent and Notion
