Ringba is a leading provider of call tracking and analytics solutions, empowering businesses to optimize their marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement through innovative technology. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage our target audiences, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, possesses a deep understanding of various social media platforms, and has a track record of successful social media campaigns. You are interested in this role as you have a strong history in developing and deploying strategies for firms such as Tony Robbins or ClickFunnels or similar firms in the Pay-Per-Call or AdTech arena.


Responsibilities:


  1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve business goals and enhance brand presence across various platforms.
  2. Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  3. Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  4. Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure Ringba maintains a competitive edge in the social media landscape.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
  6. Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, targeting, and performance analysis.
  7. Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and the online community to amplify Ringba's brand presence.
  8. Respond to social media inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.


Qualifications:


  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  3. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  6. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging content.
  7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
