RingCentral is fundamentally changing the nature of human interaction—giving people the freedom to connect powerfully and personally from anywhere, at any time, on any device.To succeed in this role you must have experience in:• Design & develop data pipelines to collect, process, & transform data from various web sources• Collaborate w/ Data Scientists & Business Analysts to understand data requirements & develop viable solutions• Analyze A/B or multivariate testing that optimizes website conversion rates & user engagement• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, & measure web & digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels• Develop queries from multiple sources for automated reporting purposes• Monitor & troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure they are performing efficiently & reliably• Develop & maintain documentation for all data engineering projects & processes• Assist on dashboard, report or database automation related to web & digital marketing analytics• Stay up to date with digital marketing trends & best practices and share insights & knowledge across the organizationDesired Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, mathematics, statistics, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in web analytics, digital marketing, or a related field• Expertise in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms• Strong knowledge of A/B or multivariate testing & analysis• Knowledge with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, & web APIs• Experience in delivering measurable business analysis on web & digital marketing strategies• Understands digital marketing channels, e.g., SEO, PPC, Social Media & the like• Knowledge of database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases• Experience with ETL tools such as Apache NiFi , Apache Airflow, or similar• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively & outside the box• Strong analytical skills & attention to detail• Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio or Power BI• Excellent communication & collaboration skills• Ability to present complex data insights to junior & senior leadership• Ability to work independently & manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWhat we offer:• Comprehensive HMO package (medical and dental)• Personal Time Off Leaves• Quarterly Performance Bonus• Employee Assistance and Wellness ProgramsRingCentral’s Global Ops team works collaboratively to provide cohesive support and strategy that build, nurture and lead all aspects of the business.
