POSITION OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Manager of Development, this position is responsible for assisting with processing contracts, invoices and entering budgets in Yardi, preparing vendor and job set-up requests, creating and tracking back-charge invoices.


RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Creating and entering budgets in Yardi;
  • Preparation and administration of vendor and job set-up in Yardi;
  • Preparation, coordination and distribution of contracts in Yardi, based on requests received for Project Managers;
  • Review, enter and process invoices for approval by appropriate Project Teams;
  • Review and prepare Contract documents prior to execution by appropriate signing authority;
  • Monitor and update summary of receivables;
  • Review and update projected Cash Flow summaries monthly, based on received invoices and re-forecasted project costs;
  • Preparation of summary and copies of invoices to be coordinated for funding requests;
  • Produce Yardi Job Cost, Reforecast and Accounting Reports, as required;
  • Assistance with preparation and final review of Quarterly Accruals relating to Construction Projects;
  • Assist with creation and maintenance of cost database;
  • Other duties / projects, as required.


QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role with experience in Yardi;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook;
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
