Position OverviewRippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance—integrating payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers into a single system. Based in San Francisco, CA and backed by top investors, Rippling is renowned for its collaborative culture and commitment to candidate safety (all official communications come from @Rippling.com addresses).About the role: As Rippling scales to $1B ARR and beyond, the cross-sell marketing team is tasked with driving pipeline growth by deepening customer relationships, educating them about our products, and addressing new business challenges. This apprenticeship opportunity is perfect for a go-getter who is a self-starter eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities• End-to-end execute marketing campaigns across channels (emails, ads, webinars, direct mail), including copywriting, audience-building, sales enablement, and performance analysis.• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as sales, growth, marketing operations, analytics, and brand marketing.• Partner with the Account Management team by developing target account lists, refining campaign copy, and evaluating performance.• Monitor and report on campaign performance across key KPIs, and then strategize next steps.• Execute webinars by developing content, sourcing speakers, crafting promotional materials, and managing event operations.Required Qualifications• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, partnership marketing, digital marketing, business operations, ABM, or a related field.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging, punchy copy.• Stellar project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.• A hunger to learn marketing and a willingness to tackle all tasks, regardless of size.• Experience in data analysis using SQL, Excel/Google Sheets—or a strong willingness to quickly learn these skills.• Agility and speed, thriving in fast-paced environments where rapid experimentation is key.Benefits & Perks• Compensation: Competitive salary ranging from 58,650 to 115,000 USD per year based on US location tiers.• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits and equity package.• In-office collaboration with a requirement to work on-site at least three days a week (for those within a 40-mile radius) to foster a strong company culture.• Commitment to diversity and inclusion as an equal opportunity employer with reasonable accommodations available for candidates with disabilities.
