Our benefits vertical includes our Benefits Platform (recommendations, payments, and our benefits eligibility engine), our rapidly growing Benefits Marketplace of over 100 partners, and our natively-built Rippling Benefits Products.What You'll Do :• Design and develop high-quality product software, drive the architectural decision and full life cycle of product delivery• Work on areas including not not limited to API design, event model, data model design, data importing and transmission and other business logic and customer facing features• Coordinate cross team collaborations, incorporate customer feedback into product engineering roadmap and drive the execution of deliveryQualifications :• 2+ years of professional work experience• Strong coding and low-level design skills• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment• Proven track of developing scalable and extendable core services or products• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical ideas with clarity and precisionAdditional InformationRippling is an equal opportunity employer.
