About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced crypto-native Content Marketer to join our team as a contractor. The ideal candidate will develop and execute content marketing strategies that engage our audience, promote our brand, and drive growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the Web3 space, exceptional writing skills, and a proven track record of working with highly technical projects. This position is ideally suited for someone who can commit to working as close to 40 hours weekly as possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with our brand voice.

  • Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media updates, newsletters, and other marketing materials that resonate with our target audience.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and growth, to understand their needs and translate technical concepts into compelling content.

  • Co-Marketing: Coordinate and manage co-marketing initiatives with multiple partners, ensuring seamless project execution and optimal results.

  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve the visibility and search ranking of our content.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.

  • Project Management: Oversee the content production process, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered to the highest standards.

Top Initiatives You’ll Own  (over the first 3-6 months)

  • Content Strategy & Execution

    • Collaborate with Marketing Lead: Work closely with our Marketing Manager to create and manage content across top marketing channels such as X/Twitter.

    • Content Strategy & Cadence: Develop and maintain a robust content strategy, including a regular cadence of blog posts and announcements that highlight our universal zk stack and educate developers on our vision.

    • Educational Content: Focus on producing educational content that clearly communicates our technological vision and capabilities to the developer community.

  • Partner Marketing

    • Execute Announcements: Lead the execution of partnership announcements, ensuring they align with our brand and strategic goals.

  • Technical Collaboration

    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with the engineering team to co-create technical content that resonates with our audience and showcases our technical expertise.

    • Technical Content Creation: Develop content that includes in-depth technical insights and use cases, ensuring it is accessible and valuable to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content marketing, specifically within the crypto space, and ideally to a technical audience.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong understanding of technical topics and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.

  • Experience managing social media platforms and creating content that drives engagement.

  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive content strategy decisions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.

  • Experience working with multiple partners on co-marketing initiatives.

  • Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the Web3 and blockchain space.
