As we expand into Austin, TX, we seek an experiencedOperations Manager to join our team and help us continue deliveringoutstanding results for our clients.This role requires a 2–3-month training period at our corporateoffice in Denver, CO. The company will cover travel and livingexpenses during this period.Job Description:As an Operations Manager at Rise, you will oversee exterior homeremodeling projects from inception to completion. You will work closely withclients and installation teams to ensure projects are completed on time andto the highest quality standards. Your strong communication, organizational,and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring our projects' success andour clients' satisfaction.Responsibilities:• Manage all aspects of the installation process, including planning,scheduling, and execution.• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, andexpectations and develop installation plans accordingly.• Oversee installation teams, ensuring work is completed according toproject plans and quality standards.• Run inspections on the client’s homes before installations to ensureproper preparation and compliance with project specifications.• Submit material orders and track them through the delivery process,ensuring timely arrival and accurate quantities.• Manage the calendar for installations and crews, ensuring efficientscheduling and resource allocation.• Directly manage installation crews, providing guidance, support, andperformance feedback.• Interview and vet new installation crews, ensuring they meet companystandards and expectations.• Obtain and manage permits, ensuring all necessary approvals are inplace for each project.• Monitor job sites, conducting regular drop-ins to assess progress andaddress any issues or concerns.• Manage warranty calls, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of anypost-installation issues.• Onboard new installation crews, providing training and support toensure their success.• Continuously evaluate and improve project management processesand procedures to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.Requirements:• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management,preferably in the exterior home remodeling industry.• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and bestpractices, particularly in windows, siding, entry doors, and gutters.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meetdeadlines.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce.• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
