Position Overview:

Rise is looking for motivated and forward-thinking interns to join our team for a summer internship program. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates passionate about technology, innovation, and career development. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the enhancement of the Rise platform by assisting with product development, user experience research, and data analysis.
• Contribute to marketing and outreach efforts to expand our community, including content creation, social media management, and event planning.
• Engage with tech professionals and companies to understand their needs and how Rise can better serve them, contributing insights to the team.
• Assist in the organization and execution of virtual and potentially in-person networking events, webinars, and workshops designed to educate and connect our community members.
• Perform market research to identify trends in tech careers, emerging skills, and opportunities to inform content and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to technology, business, marketing, or a related field.
• A strong interest in technology, career development, and the startup ecosystem.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
• Self-motivated, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute ideas in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, with a keen eye for detail and organization.
• Previous experience in tech, career services, marketing, or event planning is a plus but not required.
