Rising is hiring Customer Success Manager!

We are looking for an exceptional people person as our Customer Success Manager. This candidate should be a stellar communicator who loves connecting with others, both with individuals and with organizations, and who can build long-lasting relationships.

What you will do: 


  • Be Rise’s frontman to our valued clients!
  • Design customer success management tools and systems to ensure our customers continue to Rise up
  • Engage, educate, collaborate, and problem-solve with external partners 
  • Develop a strong understanding of the roadmap to drive growth through customer success
