Risk Management Administrator, Entry-Level

Carollo Engineers is a nationally recognized environmental engineering firm that specializes in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater facilities. Our vision is to become the best water consulting firm, and we are looking for motivated, talented people to help us reach that goal. We are seeking someone with experience in document preparation and management, intellectual property (calendaring milestones/deadlines), PAC management, etc who will be our Risk Management Administrator to support Carollo's vision.

• Corporation governance document preparation and management (i.e., resolutions, reports, vote tracking, etc.)
• Contract management software program (i.e., complete software evaluation, product selection, spearhead migration of existing contracts into new system and program implementation, ongoing maintenance, etc.)
• Intellectual property program management (i.e., outside law firm management, coordination with employees and IP law firm requests, calendaring milestones/deadlines, etc.)
• PAC management (i.e., outside consultant management, accounting, disbursements, etc.)
• New claims reporting management (i.e., reporting to carriers, cost tracking, etc.)
• Notary program management (i.e., management of company's notaries, etc.)
• Registred agent program management (i.e., access and distribute filings, evaluate alternative providers, overall management, etc.)

• 
  Minimum two years of experience in a legal setting (i.e., calendaring, legal document production, etc.)
• Prior experience working in intellectual property management (i.e., a working knowledge of trademarks, patents, etc.)
• Prior experience working in a corporate setting, preferable legal setting (i.e., confidentiality, discretion, etc.)
• Notary
• Knowledge of/experience with WestLaw, strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft products (i.e., Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Dynamics, etc.)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Self-motivated
• Ability to prioritize
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
