Industry knowledge in compliance and risk-related fields
Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC2, PCI, GDPR, ISO 27K, etc.
Strong communication skills
Cross-functional experience
Ability to build effective project plans and manage milestones with customers
Responsibilities
Drive customer success, retention, and renewal
Guide customers to achieve their goals and quantify business impact
Advise on product best practices and value realization
Identify new opportunities for expansion and drive adoption processes
Develop tailored programs for customer value and account growth
Act as the voice of the customer and represent their needs back to internal teams
