About Ritual Foundation

The Ritual Foundation's (the “Foundation”) purpose is to foster and support the research, development, extension, use and adoption of: (i) the Ritual platform, a decentralised artificial intelligence platform (the "Ritual Platform"), and (ii) any other technology materially related to, necessary for or useful in connection with the Ritual Platform. https://docs.ritual.net/ 

About the role 

As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the Foundation’s public image and driving its content strategy across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with various teams, including Developer Relations (DevRel), Leadership, and external agencies, to create and execute high-impact campaigns that enhance our brand visibility and community engagement in the rapidly evolving AI space.

Role responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Messaging Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a holistic messaging strategy that effectively communicates the value proposition of the Ritual Platform to various audiences, including developers, and the broader Web3 community.

  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels, with a focus on clarity, education, and engagement for both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Content Pipeline Management

  • Develop, manage and implement a robust content pipeline for various digital and social media platforms.

  • Collaborate with external partners to produce high-quality educational, engaging, and technical content such as blog posts, tutorials, social media updates, newsletters, and case studies.

  • Ensure timely publication and distribution of content across platforms while tracking key metrics to assess campaign performance and optimize future strategies.

  • Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Developer Relations (DevRel) team, leadership, and creative agencies to craft compelling, audience-specific content.

  • Align messaging with strategic goals to ensure technical content meets the educational needs of developers while engaging the broader Web3 and AI communities.

  • Event & Community Engagement

  • Plan and execute events, including hackathons, meetups, and conferences to increase community engagement and brand awareness.

  • Coordinate event marketing efforts, including pre-event promotions, live coverage, and post-event follow-ups.

  • Track and measure the success of events and campaigns across various social media platforms. 

About you: 

This role is for you if you have:

  • 5+ Years experience in a marketing management role in Web3, AI, or Tech

  • Proven track record of crafting holistic marketing campaigns and executing them from start to finish

  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.

  • Experience in managing relationships with service providers, ensuring on-time deliverables from external partners and agencies

  • Demonstrable experience using analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance. 

  • You stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, Web3, and decentralized technologies

Extras

  • Past experience working with Artificial Intelligence

  • Established relationships within the Web3 community

  • Experience in event management and community building is a plus

Salary Range: USD $140,000-160,000 per annum

Role Location 

The Foundation itself is a remote organisation, so you will have the flexibility to work in locations throughout the globe.

Reporting Lines 

This role will report directly to the Head of Ecosystem.
