As a Revenue Operations Manager at Rival Technologies and Reach3 Insights, you will play a critical role in optimizing our revenue-generating processes and ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, research and customer success teams. You will implement and maintain systems, tools, and procedures that drive efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth. We're growing fast—and we're inviting great people to join us on the ride 🎢If making measurable, immediate impact while having fun sounds like your jam, then we invite you to apply! 👇What you'll do:• Develop and implement strategies to optimize the end-to-end revenue cycle, including lead generation, sales pipeline management, and customer retention.• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to define and standardize processes that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.• Manage and maintain the company's CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring accurate data capture, reporting, and analysis.• Analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.• Monitor and report on key revenue metrics, such as conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and churn rate.• Partner with finance and accounting teams to reconcile revenue data and ensure compliance with accounting standards.• Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement new revenue-related tools, systems, and processes.• Provide training and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams on best practices for revenue optimization.• Develop and maintain sales forecasting models to support revenue projections and business planning.• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in revenue operations, and recommend innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.What You'll Have: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).• Must have a Salesforce Admin certification and worked in this position for at least 2 years.• 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role in the SaaS industry.• Proficiency in Hubspot, Sales Navigator, and Groove or Gong• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.Why us for your next career adventure? 💵 Fair compensationWe're committed to pay equity/fair pay practices and closing the gender salary gap. • Pay range for this role: $90,000 - $120,000 CAD depending on experienceOur compensation package also includes:• Stock options• RRSP plan with employer matching• Parental leave top up💆‍♂️ Flexibility and time off• Hybrid working model and home office benefits• 4 weeks of vacation as the standard🩺 Health and wellness• 100% employer-paid health and dental plan• Generous sick, personal, and mental health days• $1,000 annual enhanced mental health benefits🤝 A great place to work you can be proud ofAccording to a survey of our employees conducted by an independent agency:• 91% of our people believe management practices are equal and impartial• 86% have pride in their work and the organization• 91% agree that their teammates are friendly, supportive and welcomingOur values at Rival:• Courage• Results• Energy• KinshipThe not-so-fine-print 🧐If you think you're a good fit, please connect with us ASAP with your resume.
