What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive technical support and troubleshooting to resolve user problems with computer systems, hardware, and software applications.
Support and oversee the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals, ensuring seamless integration into the network.
Support end-user password management, software installations, basic and intermediate level configuration tasks.
Install, upgrade, and configure computer hardware and software applications, coordinating with other IT teams for optimal performance as needed.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), addressing advanced usage and configuration issues.
Ensure exceptional customer service, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of reported problems, and maintaining high satisfaction levels among users.
Contribute to the development and routine updating of helpdesk documentation and IT process guidelines, enhancing overall departmental efficiency.
Proactively identify and escalate issues as they arise, collaborating with IT department staff to ensure effective management and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
What We Look For:
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you will be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. A reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job is $21.00 to $25.00 per hour. Individual salaries within those ranges takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to education; experience and training; licensure and certifications; knowledge and skill sets; and other business and organizational needs.
