THE ROLE – YOUR PASSION IN ACTION

• Strategic Planning: Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through analysis. Develop and execute strategies to boost market share and customer base in North America.

• Data Analysis: Provide insights based on data to guide marketing strategies and decisions.

• Performance Marketing: Optimize paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to drive leads and conversions.

• Content & SEO: Collaborate with content teams to create marketing materials, adapt German content for English markets, and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive traffic.

• Creative Campaigns: Conceptualize, develop, and execute engaging marketing campaigns across channels. Work with creative teams to produce visually appealing assets that enhance brand positioning and resonate with target audience.

• Customer Retention: Implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention through engaging newsletter campaigns.

• Influencers & Partnerships: Explore and establish partnerships to expand market reach and increase brand visibility.

• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, including planning and reporting, with your team leader.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SURF THE WAVE WITH US

• Comprehensive marketing experience, including internships and prior roles, with 3 - 5 years work experience in the North American markets as a must

• You have a business fluent level of English, additional proficiency in other languages is a plus

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, combined with attention to detail

• Highly organized, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Confident and adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure

• Residency in Munich is highly preferred
