Your role will involve powering innovation through product discovery, leveraging data and feedback to continually assess the impact of the product roadmap, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. You will also be responsible for translating user needs into detailed product requirements and timelines. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on children's education.• Lead innovation through product discovery, research, ideation, rapid prototyping, and user-centric iteration.• Leverage data, user feedback, and market research to assess the impact of the product roadmap.• Generate creative approaches to meet user needs and create low-fidelity sketches to illustrate your product vision.• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and viable products.• Manage the end-to-end product development process for multiple projects in parallel.• Translate user needs into detailed product requirements, specifications, and timelines.What You BringThe ideal candidate for the Senior Product Manager role brings a wealth of experience in leading people, communication, collaborative problem solving, strategic thinking, and project management. They will have demonstrated strengths in aligning teams through vision, strategy, goals, and priorities. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills that enable you to share your perspective productively. You will be adept at conducting qualitative customer research and numerical analyses to generate insights. Your proficiency in managing goals and priorities, organizing and leading meetings, and continuously improving the team’s workflow and processes will be invaluable in this role.• Proven experience in leading people, communication, collaborative problem solving, strategic thinking, and project management.• Ability to align a team through vision, strategy, goals, and priorities.• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to share your perspective productively.• Experience in conducting qualitative customer research and numerical analyses to generate insights.• Proficiency in managing goals and priorities as well as organizing and leading meetings.• Experience in continuously improving the team’s workflow and processes.
