About the role
What You’ll do
Manage new hire onboarding and offboarding processes, including setting up employee hardware and access credentials
Support and administer Intune Mobile Device Management (MDM) and endpoint security
Provide general user support - troubleshooting issues, answering IT questions, handling password resets
Maintain IT equipment in conference rooms and shared office spaces
Manage IT asset inventory and procurement processes
Collaborate with various teams across our offices in London, Singapore, and New York to ensure the effective implementation of IT services and support, fostering a cohesive working environment.
Implement and maintain security best practices and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, SOC2, Cyber Essentials Plus, GDPR)
Develop and optimize IT processes to support company growth and scale
Provide remote desktop support as needed
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT operations and user satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in IT operations or support roles, preferably in a fast-growing company or startup environment
Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and iOS operating systems
Experience with Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and Office 365 administration
Proficiency in supporting, managing, and deploying applications across multiple platforms (macOS, Windows, iOS)
Familiarity with identity and access management systems (e.g.Microsoft Entra)
Experience in establishing and applying security practices and compliance requirements
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies
Team-first mindset with a customer-centric approach to IT support
Compensation at Robin AI
Salary: £35,000- £50,000 depending on experience
