About the role

Robin AI is seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and adaptable Operating Partner to join the CEO’s Office. You'll be joining as the first member of our elite problem solving task force, tasked with solving business critical problems across all functions- from product, to operations, to marketing. Your role will include taking on mission critical operational and strategic projects depending on the needs of the business, with the aim of optimising for hyper-growth.

What You’ll do

• Work cross-functionally to drive key business initiatives end-to-end, from scoping to tactical execution

• Support the leadership team deliver their objectives by conducting market research, data analysis, building presentations decks and other ad-hoc projects

• Help put together meeting agendas, preparing materials, and ensuring follow-ups are recorded and completed

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years in a project-based or operational role at a high growth startup or similar experience 

• Strong problem solving abilities and comfort with ambiguity

• Excellent project management skills, able to manage and prioritise multiple complex projects with strong attention to detail

• Resourceful self-starter, able to spot problems and roll up sleeves to resolve them

Compensation at Robin AI

• Salary: £60,000-£90,000
