About Robin AI

Robin AI is on a mission to rebuild the legal industry — starting with making contracts simple for everyone. We are a pioneer in Legal AI, built on proprietary models, licensed data, and deep partnerships with Anthropic and AWS. Since 2019, we’ve expanded our footprint to 3 continents and have been supporting many of the world’s most successful businesses, including GE, Pfizer, KPMG, and UBS.

What will you do as a Senior Implementation Associate?

As a pivotal member of the Robin AI team, the Senior Implementation Associate holds a leadership position essential to the success of our mission. Your primary responsibility is to lead and ensure the seamless execution of software implementations, guiding projects to successful completion. Acting as a project manager, you are the driving force behind effectively moving processes forward, overcoming blockers, ensuring quality control and delivering on Robin’s obsession with customer delight across all of our implementations. #LI-AC1

Your day-to-day responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end software implementations, ensuring timely delivery within project scope.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during their implementations, ensuring their delight throughout their onboarding process.

  • Collaborate with Implementation Associates under your supervision, providing mentorship and managing their contributions to project milestones.

  • Act as an escalation point for project-level blockers, working cross-functionally with engineering, product, and other Robin teams to resolve issues.

  • Identify and communicate challenges impacting customers, collaborating with your escalation points and other teams to troubleshoot and implement solutions.

  • Report to Implementation Leads on project progress, challenges and customer feedback.

Ideally, you should have the following qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in law (or law conversion), or another relevant field, with a solid understanding of legal contracts and concepts.

  • Proven track record as a skilled project manager, technology consultant and customer advocate.

  • Technical proficiency with project management tools and workflows.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product and legal.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and create customer-facing materials.

  • Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and tasks simultaneously with a high degree of effectiveness and care.

  • Enthusiasm for new technologies, particularly artificial intelligence and machine learning, with a continuous commitment to learning about these in the context of contract automation and beyond.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive projects to successful completion.

What’s in it for you

  • Salary: £55,000 - £70,000

  • Hybrid schedule: We offer a flexible working schedule. #LI-HYBRID

  • Equity package: Generous equity scheme - everyone gets to be an owner of Robin AI!

  • Annual leave: 25 days PTO, in addition to the bank holidays observed in the UK.

  • Health and wellbeing: Comprehensive health insurance, mental healthcare, gym discounts and cycle to work scheme.

  • Growth opportunities: We prioritise promotions for high performers and help you to progress your career.
