Credit Business Analyst

Skills

  • Strong quantitative analytical skills
  • Hands-on experience with SQL/R/Python (Pandas, Scikitlearn, etc.)
  • Experience in designing and interpreting randomized testing frameworks
  • Experience in managing credit programs with machine learning models
  • Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop rules and policies for fraud detection & prevention across the credit card lifecycle
  • Set and optimize credit policies for new accounts and customer management programs
  • Develop monitoring and analysis suites for actionable insights
  • Explore third-party tools to improve fraud strategy outcomes
  • Influence and collaborate cross-functionally to drive key product features and strategies
  • Design tests to refine product and credit strategy
  • Communicate performance and strategy with senior leadership and external stakeholders

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related fields
