Responsibilities
- Resolve customer issues involving options, margin, and futures outrights
- Communicate potential customer or firm risk effectively
- Assist customers in navigating new products and provide clear explanations
- Place closing trades for customers when necessary
- Research and discuss market events with customers
Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance (preferred)
