Responsibilities

Resolve customer issues involving options, margin, and futures outrights
Communicate potential customer or firm risk effectively
Assist customers in navigating new products and provide clear explanations
Place closing trades for customers when necessary
Research and discuss market events with customers

Education

Bachelor's degree in finance (preferred)
