Employee Relations Business Partner

Skills
- 5+ years of Employee Relations or HR business partner experience
- Knowledge of HR practices and ER practices
- Ability to influence and impact multiple levels within an organization
- Passion for advocating for others and seeing them grow
- Expertise in building relationships with leaders
Responsibilities
- Advise on company policy and employment law requirements
- Partner with Functional Managers, HR Business Partners, and Employment Counsel
- Investigate highly sensitive employee relations issues
- Use data to identify employee relations trends
- Develop a training suite for employees and managers on complex employee matters
