Skills

  • 5+ years of Employee Relations or HR business partner experience
  • Knowledge of HR practices and ER practices
  • Ability to influence and impact multiple levels within an organization
  • Passion for advocating for others and seeing them grow
  • Expertise in building relationships with leaders

Responsibilities

  • Advise on company policy and employment law requirements
  • Partner with Functional Managers, HR Business Partners, and Employment Counsel
  • Investigate highly sensitive employee relations issues
  • Use data to identify employee relations trends
  • Develop a training suite for employees and managers on complex employee matters
