Skills

Strong analytical and organizational skills
Understanding of GAAP standards
Experience with system implementation and process improvement
Hands-on experience in financial close process

Responsibilities

Analyze and explain monthly balance sheet and income statement fluctuations
Record payroll journal entries and perform payroll account reconciliations
Compile account information and prepare monthly journal entries
Prepare and maintain monthly account reconciliations
Assist with year-end external audit requests
Research accounting issues and suggest best practices
Assist with ad hoc projects and system automation

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
