Product Support Manager, Intellectual Property

Join us at Roblox and help us continue to create a safe and creative online platform for millions of users worldwide.Develop and implement strategies to protect Roblox's intellectual property, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents, in the digital world.Stay up-to-date on current copyright and trademark laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate any potential legal risks.Collaborate with product teams to identify and address potential intellectual property infringement issues.Provide guidance and support to product teams on the proper use of intellectual property in their products.Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify and address any unauthorized use of Roblox's intellectual property.Work closely with our legal team to enforce and defend Roblox's intellectual property rights.Communicate and educate internal stakeholders on the importance of intellectual property and the impact of infringement.Manage and maintain a database of all registered trademarks, copyrights, and patents owned by Roblox.Lead efforts to protect Roblox's brand and reputation by monitoring and addressing any unauthorized use of our trademarks and copyrights.Serve as the main point of contact for any intellectual property-related inquiries or issues from external parties.Prepare and deliver reports on the status of Roblox's intellectual property portfolio and any ongoing infringement cases.Train and mentor team members on best practices for handling intellectual property matters.Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to intellectual property management.Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and consistency in the use of Roblox's intellectual property.Act as a representative of Roblox in industry events and conferences related to intellectual property.Roblox is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
