Join a team of multi-disciplinary engineers with a track record of innovation in our Advanced Products & Technology / Robotic Systems organization, as we develop robotic combat vehicles such as the Multi-Utility Tactical Transport (MUTT) and Tracked Robot, 10-Ton (TRX) that will enhance the effectiveness and safety of our clients for decades into the future
In support of our charter, the principal duties and responsibilities of the Robotic Systems Project Engineer / Operations Lead include, but are not limited to:
Bachelor of Science degree in an engineering discipline is required; A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics or similar engineering / technical discipline is preferred
Should possess a strong interest and enthusiasm for new and emerging technology
Experience with rapid prototyping and product development and test, including formulating new concepts from emerging requirements and ideas
Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
Desire to lead with a spirit of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement
Capable of self-organizing and leading project teams
Track record of overcoming obstacles to complete projects on-time and on-budget
Demonstrated initiative, time management and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Occasional travel required
Occasionally must lift and carry equipment weighing 30 lbs
Must be a U.S. Person (i.e. a lawful permanent resident of the U.S.)
