Join Roche, where every voice matters.The PositionAlliance Partnership Manager - US RemoteThe Opportunity:The Alliance Manager is the primary point of contact for our Pharma partners in addition to the BD Manager of the respective account. She/he will interact with CDx Partnering, internal RTD teams and Pharma partners to initiate agreements, manage or support the overall relationships, establish a governance structure, and organize meetings and events to meet joint goals and ensure optimal strategic partnerships. She/He manages expansion of our relations from a RTD-focus to a focus across DIA, including RMS, RSS, and CPS. She/He will serve as a first point of contact related to any contract, project or relationship specific questions. She/he supports the BD manager for the specific account and facilitates the interaction with all internal functions during the contracting phase.Key Responsibilities:• Lead the initiation, drafting, and execution of revenue-generating project contracts, which are crucial for driving significant profit for Roche, while collaborating closely with PHCS Partnering and following approved processes.• Act as the single point of contact for assigned Pharma Partners, working closely with internal team members, leadership, and alliance counterparts to manage and advance joint goals and deliverables, address escalations, and ensure the overall health and success of the collaboration.• Ensure ongoing alignment, preparing for key engagements, and handling escalations, while working closely with internal team members and functional leaders.• Proactively identify and resolve conflicts as needed or escalate conflicts and disputes to appropriate individual(s) for timely resolution while maintaining collaborative working relationships.• Ensure internal alignment before making joint decisions.• Implement strategies and decisions adopted by the governance committees, ensuring actions are consistent with contractual agreements.• Maximize the value of the partnership for both organizations, including routine assessment of partnership health.• Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and simplify decision-making to support contract execution.• Monitors work to ensure quality and continuously promote a “Quality First Time” approach.Who You Are:• Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences, business or related degree required• Master of Business Administration preferred• 5 years combined experience in execution of life-science related projects, with at least one year interacting directly with Pharma customers.Preferred Qualifications:• Excellent team skills, organizational skills, and problem solving skills.• Strong communication and analytical skills, with strong technical acumen and proven sales skills.• Must be efficient with primary computer programs.Travel Requirements• As needed based on business needsWhile this role is not eligible for relocation assistance, we welcome candidates from all US contiguous territories, as this is a home based position.The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tucson, AZ is $105,000 - $195,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
