That’s what makes us Roche.The Solutions Marketing and Commercial Academy Chapter within Roche Diagnostics Solutions (RDS) is offering an exceptional opportunity to become the next Global Competitive Marketing Manager in the Commercial Academy. In this position, you will lead the planning, development, and delivery of impactful commercial learning tools focused on competitive differentiation for the Roche DIA RDS and RIS portfolios to strengthen affiliate/field commercial excellence.The opportunityAs the Global Competitive Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of competitive insights and training to affiliate marketing and sales organizations around the globe to support their market success. You will report to the Subchapter Lead of the Commercial Academy Product & Solutions and become a member of the Competitive Marketing Program (CMP). The CMP collects, evaluates, and consolidates competitive information to create competitive guides and tools for use by our global affiliates. You will interact with leaders at multiple levels in the organization.• You will continuously monitor, analyze, and consolidate competitive information on key DIA competitors (competitor strategies, tactics, and products & solutions) and provide results, including Roche counter positioning and argumentation in an easy-to-use and self-explanatory format.• You will partner with key stakeholders to create marketing narratives for specific competitors.• The market is continuously evolving. As such, you will continually monitor the market for new entrants, prioritize them, and analyze training needs and gaps to expand the Competitive Marketing Program offering.• Sustainability is built into our business strategy. You will partner with M&CI Solutions Marketing to support the competitive aspects of our sustainability program.• You will participate in strategy alignment with the CMP team and global stakeholders around impactful program delivery, including preparing, organizing, and delivering competitive training workshops and tools that help our affiliates strengthen commercial excellence.Who you are• You have an undergraduate degree, a master’s degree, or an MBA, preferably in business or the natural/life sciences.• You are passionate about and benefit from having 5-7 years of relevant commercial experience in the diagnostics market• You understand complex scientific or technical topics and can effectively translate them into actionable marketing content/tools/training.Preferred• Exceptionally qualified applicants with many years of relevant experience but without a Master’s degree are encouraged to apply.• You are well known for your motivation as well as your independent, yet collaborative working style.• A strong understanding of the diagnostics market combined with the ability to analyze competitive product data with a high level of initiative completes your profile.Are you ready to apply?
