Ensuring that each room and floor is stocked and prepared for the next patient at all times, is an essential practice throughout the system.STATUS: Full timeLOCATION: Unity HospitalDEPARTMENT: PRH Distribution/LienSCHEDULE: Day & EveningsATTRIBUTES• Complete Materials Management Skills Checklist I required• Participated in Hazardous Materials Safety Training and Safety Lifting Program• Strong attention to detail and excellent communications skills• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office software familiarityResponsibilities• Supply & Distribution. Ensure all necessary forms are completed; ensure all materials are stocked to the appropriate level per exchange cart; report all inventory discrepancies to Buyer/Planner, Supervisors and/or Materials Manager; inventory and maintain medical equipment supply levels• Management of Receivables. Ensure materials are kept in their proper location; review package slips and verify incoming materials• Messenger Services. Fill miscellaneous orders from departments; transport materials to designated areas with documentation; ensure all incoming materials are signed for by the department• PAY SUMMARY: The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant.
