Conduit for interpretation of patients’ cultural needs to service staff; interpret clinical and other interactions between patients, families and staff; translate documents and other printed materials as requested by organization, arrange with outside translation vendors as needed; on-call for patient service needs and responds in a timely manner• Time Management. Accept referrals via pager, voice mail and other methods for interpreting both emergency and scheduled interactions; prioritize requests and recommends utilization of other methods if needed; familiar with medical terminology and procedures• Development.
