Customer Support Operations Manager

Rocket Lawyer is seeking a Customer Support Operations Manager to lead and support the growth and development of the support operations team. The ideal candidate will excel in coaching, feedback, and empowerment while managing a supervisor team to achieve KPI targets and optimize operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and empowerment to foster growth and development within the support operations team
  • Lead and manage supervisor team with hands-on approach for individual and team performance improvement
  • Maintain deep understanding of Rocket Lawyer products and services
  • Analyze productivity reports, evolve QA programs, and optimize operational effectiveness
  • Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to achieve KPI targets
