Customer Support Operations Manager

Rocket Lawyer is seeking a Customer Support Operations Manager to lead and support the growth and development of the support operations team. The ideal candidate will excel in coaching, feedback, and empowerment while managing a supervisor team to achieve KPI targets and optimize operational effectiveness.

Skills

Leadership experience in multi-channel contact center environment
Familiarity with Salesforce lightning and reporting tools
Strong communication skills
Experience with data analysis
Ability to multitask and think strategically

Responsibilities

Provide continuous coaching, feedback, and empowerment to foster growth and development within the support operations team
Lead and manage supervisor team with hands-on approach for individual and team performance improvement
Maintain deep understanding of Rocket Lawyer products and services
Analyze productivity reports, evolve QA programs, and optimize operational effectiveness
Effectively communicate with cross-functional teams to achieve KPI targets
