Rokt’stars constantly strive to raise the bar, pushing the envelope of what is possible.We are looking for a Security ArchitectCompensation: $235,000 - $312,000 salary, employee equity plan grant & world class benefits.The Security Architect integrates organizational security needs into enterprise architecture, designing cybersecurity solutions for complex systems with multilevel security requirements. They oversee information security across acquisition cycles, implement secure configurations, assess architectures for vulnerabilities, and develop risk management strategies. Expertise in enterprise architecture, risk management, systems integration, and cybersecurity principles is essential. This role acts as a bridge between enterprise architects and security engineers, ensuring effective security controls across networks and systems. This role requires not only a strong technical background but also a strong understanding of business units to influence stakeholders.About the role:Design and implement a security architecture that can scale with Rokt's growth, accommodating increased data, users, and systems without compromising securityDevelop security standards, guidelines and architectural patterns that facilitate rapid deployment of new applications and services while maintaining security best practicesCollaborate with Infra teams to move towards a ‘Zero Trust’ operating environment, adopt standardized and automated CI/CD for security assurance, and address supply chain risks throughout the development lifecycleDefine a comprehensive Cloud security strategy and change management process, ensuring all infrastructure, configuration, applications and policies are managed ‘as code’ and pass necessary security gatesEnsure all data stored in the Cloud is discovered and appropriately governed and protected in accordance with compliance requirements and business goalsFortify secure remote work policies and infrastructure to support a distributed workforceRequirementsAbout you:5-10 years of experience in a security architect role or equivalent technology roleSolid experience using Identity and Access Management (IGA, PAM, EPM, SSO, MFA), cloud security in multi-cloud environment, Application Security but experience with 1st line cybersecurity functions in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, etc) would be fineHave delivered scalable and resilient security architectures for software delivery, aligning with business goals and incorporating modern supply chain technologies and best practices such as SLSA, OpenSSF, SBOM, and CBOM.Ability to work in small, fast paced teams, while constantly looking for new ways to improve and accelerate a functionGood knowledge of product security and information risk management would be greatBenefitsAbout Rokt’stars:As a mission-driven, hyper-growth community of curious explorers, our ambition is to unlock the full potential in ecommerce and beyond.
