About the role As part of the Roku People Operations and Systems team, you will have an opportunity to help us design and support improvements and innovations to our People Technology platform of Workday HCM, Benefits, Time & Absence and... Advanced Comp modules. Roku is growing rapidly, and we need your help in scaling and automating processes to ensure the best possible employee experience. As a Sr. HRIS Analyst, you will partner cross-functionally to deliver projects, enhancements, and support day to day operations as it relates to business and systems analysis with Workday. This role will report to the Director of People Operations & Systems. What you'll be doing Work cross-functionally to triage, analyze, and resolve operational issues with Workday Review, analyze and/or document existing HR processes, policies, and procedures to look for opportunities for improvements and/or automation Gather business and system requirements and design Workday solutions Partner with engineering teams to translate technical solutions/designs and provide options for Business teams Partner cross-functionally to define the test strategy, create test scenarios, execute testing for enhancements, small projects, and larger programs Partner cross-functionally to lead UAT Train end-users and Business teams to ensure accurate usage of the system Create system usage guidelines to ensure data integrity Create custom Workday reports used for audits, metrics, and population of data for 3rd party systems Mentor and train junior analysts as needed Create training guides, FAQs, and communications as it relates to change management and system deployment We're excited if you have 3-5 years of experience working with Workday HCM, particularly with business process, foundational, user security and reporting configurations, including Calc Fields and EIB's Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of work experience in global HR systems the people operations. Prior Workday training and certification a plus Strong knowledge of, and experience with applications that support HR Systems: Core HR, compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, mobility, immigration, learning management, payroll, time & attendance Prior project management experience as it relates to smaller enhancements and projects Strong customer focus with the ability to simply and enhance the employee experience Growth mindset to adapt to the ever-changing HR technology landscape while continuing to learn the latest features and innovations Strong critical thinking, problem solving and analytical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretely handle sensitive and confidential information Possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment Be a team player who is approachable and supportive; able to contribute ideas and recommendations The Roku culture Roku is a great place for people who want to work in a fast-paced environment where everyone is focused on the company's success rather than their own.
