Role Players will fulfill scenario based training for a law enforcement based federal agency. Role Players will be required to be fluent English speakers and be able to take direction from instructors and coordinators, as well as read and understand each of the field training exercises conducted for the benefit of students in training. The contractor will supply substantive speaking, substantive non- speaking, and non-speaking role players. Role players will be cleared to the medium risk public trust level for the protection of training tactics, techniques and procedures. There is no gender requirement for the role players.
Role players with an understanding of regional, social, economic, political and developmental issues affecting areas where students will be assigned provide unprecedented interaction with the students as they synthesize each of the skills to which they have been exposed.
Role Player personnel may be required to work extended hours during training courses and exercises in all weather conditions. The specific roles and responsibilities will be identified by the operations lead prior to the start of each course running and the requirements will be provided to the contractor before each course/exercise. For each role player exercise, the operations lead will provide the written guidance (scripts) that include, but not limited to a description of the role, scenarios, expected student outcome of the interaction, anticipated student questions, and expected role player answers. Length of exercises range from 1 - 5 days.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Must have relevant experience as a Role Player
Must be able to walk 6 miles in urban and rural environments
Previous surveillance role player experience preferred
Previous professional experience as a DOS or DOD representative preferred
