YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design HR process journeys using an end-to-end process approach through automation and digitization.
• Leverage end-to-end HR process digitalization by acting as the product manager of current and future HRIS and ATS tools, especially Lever and Idenfit.
• Administer, configure, and customize system settings; ensure data integrity and system accuracy.
• Lead and participate in HRIS projects, including system upgrades, implementations, and integrations.
• Manage system access controls and monitor security protocols; collaborate with tech support teams.
• Research best practices and trends; perform deep analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing HR systems, and provide creative solutions.
• Prepare executive summaries for the board.
• Providing monthly and quarterly basis reports on the efficiency and performance of scrum teams in order to generate insights and ensure data-driven decisions are made.
• Setting measurability criteria for OKRs and KRs, developing new paths, and assisting the team
QUALITIES WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, other engineering fields, Management, or a quantitative-focused major (Master’s degree in Engineering or MBA is a plus).
• At least 3 years of HR Analytics experience,
• Experience with system integrations and data migrations; data analysis, report creation, metrics, and trend analysis.
• Advanced user of G Suite, MS Excel, and HR information systems.
• Knowledge of OKR methodology.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Analytical, result-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and a good team player.
• Proven hands-on attitude; flexible and adaptable.
• Humble and people-oriented.
