Responsibilities

Establish and drive the execution of business priorities for the category
Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop the category
Analyze market drivers to execute a competitive strategy
Manage product lifecycles and present product management plans
Provide leadership to meet category goals and foster a customer-focused approach
Conduct regular reviews of competitors and provide analysis to executive management
Support distribution channels and facilitate employee growth and development
